The HealthLead™¬†process provided us with an integrated approach to not only identifying program weaknesses and gaps, but also program strengths. In doing so, it reinforced areas to address, as well as reinforcing us leveraging our successes and areas of strength.¬† -- Judy Webster RN, MSN, PHN, Health Program Coordinator, Employee Wellness, Monterey County Health Department
